This system is under active development,
please forgive us for possible errors and
send us your comments, criticisms and congratulations,
if any.

Identification of meaningful peaks is a crucial step in the MALDI-MS data treatment. While the method currently implemented in Geena 2 can be sufficient for many applications, noisy datasets might demand a more accurate treatment.
Therefore, we have started to evaluate a more sophisticated approach, currently implemented into a stand-alone LabView program, MS-BASELINER, which can be freely downloaded from our website.

Click here to download a short description of the method.

The data produced by MS-BASELINER can be then feed into Geena 2, skipping the current selection step. We plan to implement soon the MS-BASELINER tool directly into Geena.
